Job Title: Dispatcher
Wage/Benefits: $14.00/hr (Full-time, 40 work week) with differential pay. Retirement, Medical benefits included. Eligible for pay increase after completion of probation.
The Glacier County Sheriff’s Office is seeking applicants for the position of Dispatcher. The Dispatcher receives emergency and non-emergency requests for response via radio, telephone, and computer-aided dispatch systems. Successful applicant must adhere to the Glacier County Sheriff’s Office Policy and Procedure. Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Must successfully pass a background investigation. Applicants must possess a valid Montana driver’s license. Must type at least 50 words per minute, required to take a typing test and a 911 Operators test. Will be subject to random drug testing.
